Osteosarcoma cancer

This section is for people looking for information on osteosarcoma as a Primary Cancer. There are several types of osteosarcoma, the most common of bone cancers, all of which are rare.

Osteosarcoma require specialist evaluation and treatment. This may not necessarily be provided within Sussex Cancer Network, but may be in a specialist centre in London.

This ensures that such treatments only take place at centres of excellence, where the doctors see enough patients to provide an expert service.

You can find information on sarcoma (bone cancer) on the NHS Choices website.

You can also visit the NHS Choices website for information on cancer support groups in your area
